Terms and Conditions

All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. This is the absolute minimum time frame that we suggest, however, due to high volume custom orders, we cannot promise that your date will be available. The sooner you inquire, the more likely you will be able to place an order for your special day.
No orders are considered confirmed until an invoice has been sent to the customer, and in return, a payment in full or a deposit has been made and confirmed.
Any orders placed less than two weeks in advance are considered a rush order and will be processed with a rush order fee. ($50)
All desserts, cakes, etc. are made by order only, we do not regularly have items ready for sale as we do not work in a fully operated business site.
If for whatever reason, should you need to cancel an order, it must be requested at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations any later than that will not receive a refund.
Should Sugar Spell Bakery Co. need to cancel an order due to illness, or any other severe circumstance that should prevent our company from completing an order and no other arrangements can be made to serve our customers, it is our right to reach out to the customer and inform them of a cancellation. For these circumstances, full refunds will be processed no matter what the situation might be.
